The project has been implemented in Ukraine since 2014 and consists of three phases.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>

Phase 1 (2014-2018): During the initial phase, educational and practical centers were established in all participating institutions. These centers were equipped<\/span> with new equipment, tools, and methodological materials. In addition, the standard of the plumber’s profession was developed and relevant training manuals were prepared.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Phase 2 (2018-2023): In the second phase, the focus was on improving the quality of education and granting greater autonomy to six educational and practical centers. Efforts were made to foster collaboration with employers, ensuring that students received effective and market-oriented training in plumbing. This phase is also aimed at creating new employment and self-employment opportunities for graduates and strengthening the connections between vocational education institutions and industry.<\/span> (You can view information about the second phase via the link<\/a>)\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Phase 3 (July 2023 \u2013 June 2027): The third and current phase, which began in July 2023, is focused at further developing the vocational education system in construction professions to support the private sector. This initiative is designed to help young people and adults, including war veterans, internally displaced persons, and Ukrainians returning from abroad, adapt to the demands of the labor market and achieve higher incomes. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

In 29 VET Institutes of Ukraine, specialized training and education are provided in various construction-related fields. These fields include plumbing, insulation, welding, electrical work, facade work, and concrete work. <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Overall goal<\/h2> \r\n

The overall objective of the Project is to develop the vocational education system in construction professions with the support of the private sector. This will enable young people and adults, including war veterans, internally displaced persons, and Ukrainians returning from abroad, to acquire skills tailored to the needs of the labor market and earn more money.
