Principles of adult education. 2. Introduction to the topic of diversity. <br \/>II: 1. Adult education for veterans. 2. IDPs in the educational environment. <br \/>III: 1. Features of adolescent minorities: girls among boys. <br \/>2. Features of adolescent minorities: orphans among children from full families. <br \/>3. Features of adolescent minorities: children with disabilities. <br \/>IV: 1. The importance of effective communication: between educators and learners. <br \/>2. The role of the facilitator: Discussion of the role and responsibilities of the facilitator in the educational process. <br \/>3. Tools for conducting training on working with various inclusive groups.<\/p><p>\ud83d\udd39 From October 1 to October 3, 2024, the FIRST TRAINING MODULE of the course took place in Zakarpattia. Thirteen psychologists, 10 social educators, and 2 deputy directors from 21 vocational education institutions across Ukraine participated.
