On October 16, the first stage of the three-month program “Career Path: Dream, Plan, Realize!” began in Kyiv for female students in construction professions from 14 educational institutions partnering with the EdUP Project.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>

The program involves 28 participants who aspire to develop their own career plans and gain skills for their implementation.<\/p>

The program consists of three stages:
<\/b>1. An interactive offline training in Kyiv (October 16-18, 2024).
2. A series of online meetings with entrepreneurs, mentors, and coaches.
3. A final three-day offline training in Kyiv.<\/p>

The first stage of the program included:<\/b><\/p>

\u2013 Creating a trusting environment and helping participants with self-identification.
\u2013 Defining personal and professional goals, working with resources, and financial literacy: “Who do I want to become? What do I need to achieve this?”
\u2013 Reviewing paths for self-realization, creating a career \u201croadmap,\u201d and a personal development plan.<\/p>

Participants\u2019 feedback from the training:<\/b><\/p>

Daria Mahera from Kramatorsk,<\/span>\u00a0studying painting and plastering, tiling:
“I really enjoy the sessions on self-control, career, and business. They give me the confidence that I can achieve my goals in the future.”<\/p>

Ivanna Pinchuk from Brovary,<\/span>\u00a0studying painting and plastering, and drywall installation:
“We worked on self-awareness: ‘Who am I?’ ‘What are my emotions?’ We discussed our dreams and ways to make them come true. I want to become a master and perhaps take interior design courses.”<\/p>

Daria Kyrychenko from Poltava,<\/span>\u00a0studying painting and plastering, tiling:
“What stood out the most was creating posters about our dreams, which helped me understand myself better. It was useful for visualizing my future.”<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Yulia Skichko, the owner of “Alef Stroy,”<\/span> a construction equipment rental company, visited the training program to motivate and inspire young women pursuing careers in construction.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\"It doesn\u2019t matter if you\u2019re a woman or a man \u2013 what counts in the job is the quality of work and the results achieved. The key is a professional approach, responsibility, and a willingness to keep developing. Success doesn\u2019t depend on gender but on your effort and skill.\"\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Training achievements:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

The participants recognized:
<\/b>\u2013 The impact of emotions on behavior and career growth.
\u2013 The difference between dreams and goals.
\u2013 The importance of a responsible approach to financial management and financial habits.
\u2013 Various career development opportunities within their specialties.<\/p>

They also gained insights into:
<\/b>\u2013 Tools for managing personal finances.
\u2013 Career opportunities in the construction field.
\u2013 Tools for managing their careers.<\/p>

During the training, participants practiced:
<\/b>\u2013 Self-presentation skills.
\u2013 Techniques for self-analysis and self-development.
\u2013 Goal-setting approaches.
\u2013 Skills for preventing financial fraud.
\u2013 Job search and analysis.<\/p>

This first stage laid the foundation for participants\u2019 further development on the path to realizing their professional dreams.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
