The first meeting of the Business Advisory Board took place with the participation of partners, private sector representatives, professional associations, and the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. The event brought together experts to discuss important issues related to the development of vocational education in the country.<\/b><\/p>\n

During the event:<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udd37 The EdUP project\u2019s activities for December 2024 \u2013 May 2025 were presented, including support for short-term courses, updating professional standards, and analyzing the technical and material resources of vocational institutions.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udd37 Initiatives and proposals from project partners and business representatives were discussed.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udd37 The terms of reference for the Business Advisory Board were presented and reviewed.<\/p>\n

He cited Geberit, a company that has been investing in vocational education development for 10 years, demonstrating the critical role of the private sector.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\ud83d\udccc Representatives of EdUP’s private partners, Geberit and Sika, pointed out the severe shortage of skilled professionals in the construction industry and underscored the need to raise the prestige of vocational professions. They discussed showcasing high salaries in the field and expanding employment opportunities.<\/p>
