“Career Pathway: Dream, Plan, Achieve” Training<\/strong><\/h3>

The EdUP project recently concluded the final stage of its “Career Pathway: Dream, Plan, Achieve” program, designed to equip female graduates from 14 vocational institutions across Ukraine with essential career skills and self-presentation techniques.<\/p>

A key highlight was a professional photoshoot to enhance participants’ portfolios, strengthening their resumes and boosting their appeal to employers.<\/p>

During the training, participants:<\/p>

  • Practiced resume writing, motivational letters, and job interview preparation.<\/li>
  • Took part in mock interviews with business experts, including Nonna Martynova, Communications Manager at Cemark, and Hanna Khromova, Chair of the Board at Nikolaevcement PJSC.<\/li>
  • Delivered final presentations to a panel of business leaders, industry experts, and ProfBuild magazine representatives, showcasing their skills and receiving expert feedback.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Career Counseling Training for Career Center Specialists<\/strong><\/h3>

    Alongside the student program, a three-day training on effective career counseling was held for 28 career center specialists from 27 vocational schools.<\/p>

    The training focused on:<\/p>

    • Effective communication styles for engaging with students.<\/li>
    • Practical career counseling techniques.<\/li>
    • Nonviolent communication skills to better support youth.<\/li><\/ul>

      The program combined theory, hands-on workshops, peer learning, and a facilitated session on transforming career centers to meet modern labor market demands. Trainers Polina Komarova and Svitlana Kucher provided participants with cutting-edge tools to enhance their work with students.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
