These programs will be implemented at three vocational education institutions:<br data-start=\"378\" data-end=\"381\" \/>\ud83d\udd39 <strong data-start=\"384\" data-end=\"417\">Prilutsky Professional Lyceum<\/strong> in Pryluky<br data-start=\"428\" data-end=\"431\" \/>\ud83d\udd39 <strong data-start=\"434\" data-end=\"485\">Chernihiv Professional Railway Transport Lyceum<\/strong> in Chernihiv<br data-start=\"498\" data-end=\"501\" \/>\ud83d\udd39 <strong data-start=\"504\" data-end=\"542\">Chernihiv Higher Vocational School<\/strong> in Chernihiv<\/p><p data-start=\"559\" data-end=\"923\">The roundtables served as a platform for developing a list of micro-qualifications that local adults can acquire through vocational education institutions. Facilitators, together with EdUP project expert Maksym Pekhovka, engaged in discussions with representatives from local and state authorities, businesses, civil society, and vocational education institutions.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-14ee8a0 elementor-blockquote--skin-quotation elementor-blockquote--align-left elementor-blockquote--button-color-official elementor-widget elementor-widget-blockquote\" data-id=\"14ee8a0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"blockquote.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<blockquote class=\"elementor-blockquote\">\n\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-blockquote__content\">\n\t\t\t\tAll participants unanimously agreed that the local labor market is experiencing a shortage of skilled workers and potential participants for vocational courses.
