The focus is on:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1025\" data-end=\"1187\"><li data-start=\"1025\" data-end=\"1051\"><p data-start=\"1027\" data-end=\"1051\"><strong data-start=\"1027\" data-end=\"1049\">Modular structures<\/strong><\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1052\" data-end=\"1091\"><p data-start=\"1054\" data-end=\"1091\"><strong data-start=\"1054\" data-end=\"1089\">Partial or micro-qualifications<\/strong><\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1092\" data-end=\"1187\"><p data-start=\"1094\" data-end=\"1187\"><strong data-start=\"1094\" data-end=\"1187\">Workload calculation based on the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS)<\/strong><\/p><\/li><\/ul><h6 data-start=\"1189\" data-end=\"1217\">A Hybrid Learning Format<\/h6><p data-start=\"1219\" data-end=\"1278\">The course is delivered in a blended format, combining:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1279\" data-end=\"1413\"><li data-start=\"1279\" data-end=\"1348\"><p data-start=\"1281\" data-end=\"1348\">Online learning: lectures, consultations, and independent study<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1349\" data-end=\"1413\"><p data-start=\"1351\" data-end=\"1413\">Offline practical sessions: programme development in pairs<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1415\" data-end=\"1591\">In-person sessions are held in <strong data-start=\"1446\" data-end=\"1482\">Kyiv, Vinnytsia, Lviv, and Rivne<\/strong>, where participants work with laptops or tablets to co-develop training programmes for specific professions.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3d3a8d5 dce_masking-none elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"3d3a8d5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<figure class=\"wp-caption\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" src=\"https:\/\/www.edup.org.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/56e83cc4-d4c5-4b97-bbeb-7e354200688e-1024x768.jpg\" class=\"attachment-large size-large wp-image-17190\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.edup.org.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/56e83cc4-d4c5-4b97-bbeb-7e354200688e-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.edup.org.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/56e83cc4-d4c5-4b97-bbeb-7e354200688e-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.edup.org.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/56e83cc4-d4c5-4b97-bbeb-7e354200688e-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.edup.org.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/56e83cc4-d4c5-4b97-bbeb-7e354200688e.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<figcaption class=\"widget-image-caption wp-caption-text\">Educator Training, Rivne<\/figcaption>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/figure>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-562fd9e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"562fd9e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h6 data-start=\"1593\" data-end=\"1620\">What Is Being Developed<\/h6><p data-start=\"1622\" data-end=\"1720\">Participants are creating standard vocational programmes for <strong data-start=\"1683\" data-end=\"1708\">30 professions<\/strong>, including:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1721\" data-end=\"1814\"><li data-start=\"1721\" data-end=\"1768\"><p data-start=\"1723\" data-end=\"1768\">12 professions directly supported by EdUP<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1769\" data-end=\"1814\"><p data-start=\"1771\" data-end=\"1814\">18 complementary or related occupations<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1816\" data-end=\"2111\">Each programme will include a modular structure, clearly defined learning outcomes, descriptions of partial qualifications, and ECTS-based workload calculations.
