A total of <span data-start=\"207\" data-end=\"269\">105 participants from 29 vocational education institutions<\/span>, all EdUP partner schools, took part in the training. Among them were school directors, methodologists, special subject teachers, and vocational instructors.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"429\" data-end=\"467\"><b>The course program covered key topics:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"469\" data-end=\"861\">\n<li data-start=\"469\" data-end=\"555\">\n<p data-start=\"471\" data-end=\"555\">legal and regulatory framework for the functioning of Qualification Centers (QCs);<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"556\" data-end=\"623\">\n<p data-start=\"558\" data-end=\"623\">procedures for opening and accrediting QCs in VET institutions;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"624\" data-end=\"681\">\n<p data-start=\"626\" data-end=\"681\">organization of independent qualification assessment;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"682\" data-end=\"735\">\n<p data-start=\"684\" data-end=\"735\">cooperation with employers and industry partners;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"736\" data-end=\"797\">\n<p data-start=\"738\" data-end=\"797\">development of assessment and evaluation materials (AEM);<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"798\" data-end=\"821\">\n<p data-start=\"800\" data-end=\"821\">pedagogical design;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"822\" data-end=\"861\">\n<p data-start=\"824\" data-end=\"861\">creation of digital learning content.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"863\" data-end=\"1222\">The course was facilitated by experts from <span data-start=\"906\" data-end=\"922\">DTEK Academy<\/span>. During the first stage, participants studied the theoretical foundations, prepared profession-specific documentation packages, and developed AEMs. The practical component included a real-life case study of DTEK\u2019s Qualification Center \u2014 a successful implementation presented by <span data-start=\"1201\" data-end=\"1220\">Inna Olifirenko<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1224\" data-end=\"1531\"><span data-start=\"1224\" data-end=\"1242\">Yurii Balaniuk<\/span>, Head of the <span data-start=\"1256\" data-end=\"1296\">National Qualifications Agency (NQA)<\/span>, shared his strategic vision of qualifications development in Ukraine, while <span data-start=\"1374\" data-end=\"1393\">Maksym Pekhovka<\/span> and <span data-start=\"1398\" data-end=\"1419\">Tetiana Horbunova<\/span> (EdUP) presented the logic behind systemic transformations and offered practical tools for implementing change.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1533\" data-end=\"1649\">A separate focus was placed on <span data-start=\"1564\" data-end=\"1586\" style=\"\">pedagogical design<\/span>.
