The event brought together more than 700 participants.<\/p><p data-start=\"285\" data-end=\"655\"><strong data-start=\"285\" data-end=\"323\">\u201cEducation is Everyone\u2019s Business\u201d<\/strong> \u2014 the motto of this year\u2019s conference \u2014 is closely aligned with the EdUP project and reflects Swisscontact\u2019s approach in Ukraine. Without the involvement of teachers, students, parents and businesses, as well as changes in management and curricula, it is impossible to imagine a high-quality transformation of vocational education.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-29e3193 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"29e3193\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong data-start=\"657\" data-end=\"724\">Poshan Bahadur KC, Country Director of Swisscontact in Ukraine,<\/strong> shared the project\u2019s experience in creating and modernising shelters in vocational colleges and transforming them into safe and inclusive learning spaces.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ac7db97 dce_masking-none contribute to the development of vocational education institutions and improve the quality of vocational education;<\/p><p><strong data-start=\"1222\" data-end=\"1238\">Tetiana Pron<\/strong>, Deputy Project Manager of EdUP and Line Manager of Organisational Development and Labour Market Integration, EdUP, moderated a practical session on modern career guidance and shared project cases that take into account changes in the labour market, the challenges of wartime and the needs of future recovery.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element Innovations<\/strong>, also participated in the conference, presenting VR headsets for electrician training in the expo zone.
