According to teachers, such factors are internal (such as motivation, goals, and readiness to self-improvement) and external (family support, the condition of the industry and local entrepreneurship). At the same time, well-developed communication and self-presentation skills help students in their careers and significantly increase their chances of success, although they do not substitute the need for quality professional training.<\/p><p>The Public-Private Partnership for Improving Plumbing Education in Ukraine (EdUP) project in partnership with the Career Hub expert platform of the Center for Corporate Social Responsibility has launched a training course \u201cPreparing young people for successful careers\u201d.<\/p><p>Thirty specialists from career development centers and teachers who train plumbers have already joined the course.<\/p><p>The course aims to improve the skills of teachers in working with young people &#8211; both in groups and in individual consultations &#8211; on career planning, employment, and private entrepreneurship. The training takes place online and will last for five months &#8211; from January to May 2022.<\/p><p>The training program combines theoretical and practical tasks with the possibility of communication and exchange of experiences between course participants.
