На Запит (цінових) пропозицій (Оголошення конкурсу пропозицій) № 28012026-1-1 від 28 січня 2026 року,
Швейцарська фундація технічного співробітництва з розвитку «Свісконтакт» в рамках виконання проєкту міжнародної технічної допомоги «Публічно-приватне партнерство для поліпшення професійної освіти в Україні», фаза 3 отримала 1 (одну) цінових пропозиції з документацією від Учасників для участі в конкурсі на закупівлю послуг зі створення онлайн-курсу «Швидкий старт у світі курсів. Мій правильний StartUP».
Період подання пропозицій тривав з 3 лютого до 25 лютого 2026 року (з урахуванням двох продовжень строку). За результатами конкурсу отримано одну пропозицію, вартість якої суттєво перевищила бюджет, встановлений у запиті. У зв’язку з цим конкурс завершено без визначення переможця. Проєкт планує доопрацювати технічні вимоги та/або бюджет і оголосити повторний конкурс.

The results of the Request for the purchase of services for the creation of an online course “Quick Start in the World of Courses. My Right StartUP”.
For The Request for (Price) Proposals (Announcement of competition for proposals) №28012026-1-1 dated January 28, 2026
Swisscontact, Swiss Foundation for Technical Cooperation within the framework of the international technical assistance project «Public private partnership to improved professional education in Ukraine», phase 3 received 1 (one) price proposals with documentation from the Participants to participate in the procurement competition (tender) for the procurement of services for the creation of an online course “Quick Start in the World of Courses. My Right StartUP”.
The proposal submission period lasted from 3 February to 25 February 2026 (including two deadline extensions). As a result of the competition, only one proposal was received, and its cost significantly exceeded the budget specified in the request.
Accordingly, the competition has been closed without selecting a winner. The project plans to revise the technical requirements and/or the budget and announce a new tender.
