The 2nd Practical Training Conference “Modern Technologies in the Field of Electricity” brought together 17 vocational education teachers from across Ukraine to acquire new knowledge and skills in the field of electricity. The conference offered a rich program focused on practical exercises on the first day and teaching skill enhancement on the second.
Day One: Practical Skills
The first day was dedicated to hands-on training, with instructors working in small groups to deeply master essential skills. The program included:
- Automatic Circuit Breaker Installation Under Live Conditions: Each participant practiced in realistic conditions.

This approach enabled solid skill development, equipping educators to pass these essential competencies on to students and prepare them for practical challenges in the job market.
Day Two: Advancing Teaching Skills
The second day focused on effective teaching techniques. Instructors attended sessions on:
- Characteristics of an Effective Teacher: Including techniques for maintaining attention and building group dynamics.
