The program combined theory, hands-on workshops, peer learning, and a facilitated session on transforming career centers to meet modern labor market demands. Trainers Polina Komarova and Svitlana Kucher provided participants with cutting-edge tools to enhance their work with students.

EdUP’s Impact on Vocational Education

By integrating training for both female construction students and career center specialists, EdUP is helping to bridge the soft skills gap in vocational education.

Key benefits for stakeholders:

  • For students: The program enhances soft skills, career readiness, and adaptability in the construction sector.
  • For vocational schools: It provides insights and best practices to improve career support for female students.
  • For employers: Businesses gain access to better-prepared graduates with both technical expertise and essential workplace skills, easing their transition into professional roles.

Through targeted training, EdUP is strengthening vocational education in Ukraine and empowering women in construction to succeed in their careers.
