Updated shelters have been opened in vocational education institutions in Chernihiv and Romny as part of the infrastructure component of the EdUP project. These spaces have become not only safe refuges during air raids but also fully equipped learning environments—comfortable, inclusive, and designed to support the continuation of education under any circumstances.

Chernihiv: A New Multifunctional Space in the Dormitory Shelter

The shelter in the dormitory of the Chernihiv Vocational Railway Transport Lyceum has been modernized and now serves a dual purpose—safety and education. It is not only a place to stay safe during air raids but also a space where students can study, work on homework, or simply relax in comfortable conditions.
