Закупівля здійснюється за кошти проєкту міжнародної технічної допомоги (МТД) № 7F-08886.03.01 «Публічно-приватне партнерство для поліпшення професійної освіти в Україні», зареєстрованого Секратеріатом Кабінету Міністрів України (реєстраційний номер проєкту (програми) № 5269-01 від 22.05.2024 р.) відповідає категорії (типу) товарів, робіт і послуг, зазначених у плані закупівлі.
Проєкт «Публічно-приватне партнерство для поліпшення професійної освіти в Україні» реалізується в рамках угоди між Урядом України та Швейцарської Конфедерації про технічне та фінансове співробітництво від 13.10.1997р. і звільняється від податків, зборів та ПДВ країни-партнера. Таким чином, закупівля звільнена від обов’язку сплати ПДВ.

The procurement is carried out at the expense of the International Technical Assistance (ITA) project No. 7F-08886.03.01 «Public private partnership to improved professional education in Ukraine», registered by the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (registration number of the project (program) No. 5269-01 dated 22.05.2024) corresponds to the category (type) of goods, works and services specified in the procurement plan.
The project «Public private partnership to improved professional education in Ukraine» is implemented within the framework of the agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Swiss Confederation on technical and financial cooperation dated 13.10.1997 and is exempt from taxes, fees and VAT of the partner country.
Thus, the procurement is exempt from the obligation to pay VAT.
